Irisusainclife wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. The return window begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery to your address. Returns initiated after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received them
  • In original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

This return policy applies to all products we sell, regardless of reason. You do not need to provide a reason for the return, and returns are not limited to items with defects or damage.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@irisusainclife.my with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for customers in both the United States and Canada. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange carrier pickup as appropriate for your location. No restocking fees are charged under any circumstances.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return conditions described above. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If a returned item arrives in a condition materially different from the condition described at the time of your return request, we will contact you before processing any adjustment. We do not refuse returns based solely on a change of mind or preference.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
